I might have had my arm in a sling but we still spent some enjoyable time at Dicky Beach Caravan Park in the van with the family in their van too.

We then travelled back to Caboolture to pick up our annexe and have our pole carrier fitted. We stayed a night back at Bongaree Caravan Park on Bribie Is. back where we had spent our first nights in our van.
We really love our new van, we enjoyed times at the beach with family and made a trip to Bingara. We decided that we would go back and spend time at Carnarvon Gorge. We attended the Millmerran Camp Oven Festival and spent a week there with our 4WD Club. We left Millmerran and spent an enjoyable night at the Nindigully Pub. Great place, good meal.
We moved on next morning and stopped in St George to visit the Riversands Winery, then shopping in the town before pushing on to Surat where we camped at the Surat Fishing Camp on the bank of the river. Next day we drove on thru Roma and on to Carnarvon. Set up camp in the Takarakka Bush Caravan Park. Very pleasant camp and so much has changed since we were there last time. Next morning we set off early for a walk up the gorge. Lovely scenery.
This is where our trip ends as I was stupid enough to fall while walking up steps and so an agonising walk back to the car and then back to camp. We packed and left for home and found that my shoulder had a fracture and was dislocated. Three days was a long time and so it will be some time before I will know whether I will get full use back of my shoulder.
